  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, MARESCOT COSMETICS ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, MARESCOT COSMETICS ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. MARESCOT COSMETICS is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Our Return Policy

    We want customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases from us. In the unlikey event that one of our items is defective when it arrives or not exctly as we describe in our ads,  we will provide the buyer with a full refund or an exchange and we will cover all shipping costs.  

    In the event that a buyer just doesn't want an item (for any reason), we will be happy to take it back. However we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt.  Under these conditions, shipping costs and re stocking fees are deducted from the amount of the refund.  Please NOTE that the item must be returned, UNUSED and in its original packaging.  Also note that under this condition we will deduct actual shipping costs even if the item is listed with free shipping.      

    NOTE: Due to health regulations, we CANNOT accept returns on Hair irons once they are used or on cosmetics once they have been opened.
